Twinning two great cities

Chichester’s German Twinning Association

The twinning arrangement between Chichester and Speyer developed over a few years, culminating in two signing ceremonies: in Speyer in December 2022. then in Chichester in March 2023. Both cities welcomed each other with enthusiasm, and a Chichester-based Friends of Speyer emerged
